Top Rank CEO Bob Arum made this statement after announcing that on Tuesday morning in the Santa Monica offices of retired Federal Judge Daniel Weinstein of JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) there will be an attempt at reaching some type of agreement whereas fight negotiations can continue.

It’s really sad how this whole ordeal unfolded, I’m still a little confused as to why and how Oscar and Golden Boy Promotions are in the forefront of this mess.
Manny Pacquiao is promoted by Bob Arum and unless something has changed, Floyd is with himself (Mayweather Promotions). So why is Golden Boy so much in the limelight on this deal?
I’m a firm believer Golden Boy does not want this fight to happen, if Floyd fights Shane Mosley, a Golden Boy fighter then there is big money in Oscar’s pocket.
