The on-again, off-again mega-fight (that will supposedly breathe new life into the fight game) between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has been given a small taste of oxygen per Top Rank executive Bob Arum.

Why would Floyd want to change the rules at this time. The money he would make off this fight is more money than any regular joe can only imagine.
The boxing commissions around the world are by far the most safest in any contact sport. They do effective testing and make sure the rules are followed.
This nonsense only jeopardized the fight, and with Manny being a proud Filipino will show Floyd the Floyd needs Manny and not visa versa.
Look for Golden boy to push a Floyd vs Moseley fight, that's what they really want anyway!
